Payment to provider

Job was completed but provider did not ask me to sign invoice Job was partially completed and but I had to pay full amount Job did not start at all, but I was billed full amount Job did not start because we couldn't agree on Material cost. Provider overcharge me in final invoice

Time-based job was not accurate

2) the period that the provider worked

3) the period that was invoiced.
