Job was completed but provider did not ask me to sign invoice Job was partially completed and but I had to pay full amount Job did not start at all, but I was billed full amount Job did not start because we couldn't agree on Material cost. Provider overcharge me in final invoice

The ideal situation would be for both parties to come to an agreement. However, if that does not happen, we highly recommend requesting the provider to list the job as complete and compensating them for their expenses.
