Misunderstandings can occur easily between providers and customers. We urge all our providers to constantly be professional and amicable with all customers. Actions and speaking tones can be interpreted differently by everyone, so let’s not be quick to judge.

Nevertheless, if you feel that you have a valid complaint, please let us know how the provider behaved during the appointment with you. We will carry out an investigation into your complaint and notify you accordingly.
